Approximately 20 minutes from Rancho Mirage is Downtown Palm Springs where you'll find a number of restaurants and shops.
It just so happens that Nov. 4th weekend is also Palm Springs Pride weekend, meaning the Downtown Palm Springs area will be busier than normal with street closures and daytime and nighttime street programming. Please be sure to allow for extra travel time in and out of the Downtown area if needed.

Will there be parking on-site at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is ample parking on-site if you decide to drive, though, we suggest rideshare or other safer ways of getting to/from. We want you to have fun!
Is the Ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outside on the golf course near the clubhouse.
Can I bring a guest?
Unless they are explicitly named on the invitation, unfortunately, you won’t be able to bring a guest. Thank you so much for understanding!
Is the Reception indoors or outdoors?
The Reception will take place indoors with access to a private outdoor patio.
Is there a Dress Code?

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is!
What’s the plan for the Sunday pool day?
Sunday is the day to relax and recover. We’ll be lounging at the Conchilla Pool at the Omni Resort from 11AM-3PM. All guests staying at the Omni have complimentary access to the pool. Light bites and mimosas will be provided. Those that are not staying st the Omni, are subject to a $50 entry fee.

For those that might be bringing their little ones for the weekend, we'd be happy to help coordinate a trusted nanny (or nannies depending on the numbers) for Saturday, November 4th. Costs would be handled between parents and nanny.
